I have mis-spelt my name on the certificate, can I get this changed?

The name on the certificate is not mine, what can I do?
When you complete the profile information you should make sure that it is your name on the profile as this is the name that appears on the certificate. If this has been missed, then the test will have to be re-taken in your name. Click here to contact us.
I have left the company I did the training with can I have a copy of the certificate?
Yes, if you can provide enough detail to ensure that the certificate is yours. For example, log in details and date of training. Where there is insufficient detail, we will not be able to release a certificate. (In accordance with GDPR May 2018) Click here to request a certificate.
