Asbestos Training Limited are pleased to announce that as a result of our continued success of our asbestos training throughout the UK, we are currently recruiting for a full time Asbestos Trainer with experience or a trainee role. Asbestos Training Limited work throughout the UK and overseas and this is a great opportunity to travel while working.

Roles and Responsibilities
The role involves the delivery of our existing portfolio of UKATA approved asbestos-related training courses and bespoke training for specialist clients, including:
- Asbestos Awareness
- Non-licensed Work with Asbestos
- Licensed Work with Asbestos
- Duty to Manage
- Bespoke asbestos-related training
Person Specification
Although previous experience of delivering asbestos training courses would be beneficial, it’s not essential. If you have the enthusiasm and drive to pursue a career as a trainer, and preferably over 3 years’ experience as an asbestos analyst or surveyor, we are able to provide a full programme of training and coaching to develop your skills and help progress your career.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a combination of BOHS Proficiency Qualifications such as the P402, P403, P404, P405, W504 or CCP (Asbestos)/Certificate of Competence in Asbestos.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent, confident communication skills, and be able to deliver in a professional manner
- An excellent understanding of the UK asbestos industry and legislation
- An impeccable attitude towards punctuality and time management
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work alone, or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A flexible approach to working hours, including staying away from home, as required
- Full driving licence

- Competitive salary £38,000 - £43,000 dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications

- The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to undertake further BOHS (or equivalent) qualifications, including the W504/CoCA, IOSH qualifications, training qualifications and the opportunity to develop their role within the department
