The course duration is 1 day^, with the following course duration times:
08.45am - 4.00pm. This course is offered as an in-house option.
Please note you MUST have undertaken UKATA asbestos awareness training in the previous six months.
NB: The course duration for this training has changed due to the implementation of the UKATA Category B Syllabus, implemented 1st September 2014. Originally this course duration was one day, which included the asbestos awareness element. It has been identified that the training requires more emphasis on practical and thus more time to cover the training thoroughly. UKATA have set down two duration timescales for this course, as below:
B1) Initial training with NO previous asbestos awareness training undertaken; Course Duration 1 ½ days - Contact us
B2) Initial training with previous UKATA certificated asbestos awareness training (within 6 months); Course Duration 1 day (evidence will be required prior to attending this one day course)
